Earlier in the meeting the board voted to enter a deliberative session on the Rogers variance (motion by Mr. Bilaji, seconded by Mr. Jeffries) and conducted a roll call; the chair recorded yes votes, and the board recessed to deliberate. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn, moved by Mr. Jeffreys and seconded by Ms. Noble, which carried by voice vote.
