Principals report on ELL growth, new programs and facility upgrades

She also highlighted efforts to support English-language learners, saying "We have a 104 students now" in ELL programs at her site and praising staff who pull small groups four days a week to accelerate language acquisition.
Other principals described reading initiatives (including coaches and outside consultants), Latinos in Action tutoring programs, new art and family-consumer-sciences offerings, and targeted professional development on literacy and classroom use of AI tools. Trustees thanked principals for administrative work and recognized the operational burdens school leaders manage daily.
