The South Salt Lake City Civilian Review Board re-elected Joy Glad as its 2026 Board Chair and selected Kevin Miller as vice chair during its Jan. 5 meeting. Vice-Chair Kevin Miller moved to nominate Glad to continue as chair; Conrad Campos seconded the nomination and no other candidates were offered.
Board members also nominated and selected Kevin Miller as vice chair after a nomination from Conrad Campos and a second from Tom Mills. In a separate nomination, Brandon DeGraffenreid moved to reappoint Valerie Flattes as the board's National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (N.A.C.O.L.E.) representative; Kevin Miller seconded and Flattes was selected. The meeting minutes record voice votes and confirmations for each selection.
