On the skatepark, staff reported concrete work was scheduled imminently with contractor timetables aiming for site exit within two weeks, leaving landscaping and fine grading afterward. Heritage Trail monument work is in mock-up stages; staff said repeated edits are necessary before engraving to ensure correct wording.
Staff also noted coordination between a planned sewer-line project along Friendship Park and monument siting; crews plan to coordinate monument installation with sewer construction next spring.
