Board approves Women's Health RFP, tables YWCA proposal; moves YWCA funding to TBD in draft budget

During review of RFP scoring and FY27 materials, the Clinton/Jackson ECI Board approved the Women's Health RFP and tabled the YWCA proposal for additional work. Sarah Hogan moved to approve the Women's Health proposal and to table the YWCA proposal so staff could work with YWCA on options; Charlie Minnick seconded. Minutes record the vote as "All Ayes."
The draft FY27 budget was amended at the same meeting to move the YWCA requested amount to "TBD." Linda Hledik moved to accept the draft budget with that change and Lindsey Burken seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The board instructed staff to continue budget work with YWCA and to return options at a future meeting.
