Clinton/Jackson ECI board approves minutes, expenditures and contract renewals

The Clinton/Jackson Early Childhood Iowa (ECI) Board approved routine business and multiple fiscal items at its May 26, 2026 meeting. Roberta Rosheim moved to approve the April 27, 2026 minutes; Lindsey Burken seconded and the board recorded "All Ayes," carrying the motion. Mary Kay Wirth presented the April 2026 Director's expenditure report; Roberta Rosheim moved to approve the report and Charlie Minnick seconded, with the board again voting "All Ayes."
Board members discussed contract-renewal scoring for five contracts included in the FY27 budget materials. Roberta Rosheim moved to accept the renewals for the five contracts and Charlie Minnick seconded; the motion carried with "All Ayes." These approvals were handled under motions on the consent items presented by Director Mary Kay Wirth.
