Later the board approved a 150-mile overnight trip request for Manatee High and accepted a requested reallocation of School Land Trust funds (about $800) to Gunnison Middle School after board discussion and motion.
After an executive session on personnel and property matters, the board returned to open session and approved new-hire recommendations as listed in the board packet and voted to renew or extend the superintendent’s and business administrator’s contracts by motion and roll call. All motions carried on voice votes recorded as 'Aye.'
