Prior to the vote, Community & Economic Development Director Jonathan Weidenhamer answered questions from the board during a scheduled budget Q&A; Chair Ray deWolfe noted that no questions had been submitted in advance and no board members posed follow-up questions at the meeting.
The meeting also approved the minutes from the June 10, 2026 Redevelopment Agency meeting. Director Clarissa Williams moved to approve those minutes; Nick Mitchell seconded and the minutes were approved by voice vote (Joy Glad: Yes; Thomas: Not Present at the time of that voice vote; Sharla Bynum: Yes; Nick Mitchell: Yes; Irvin Jones: Yes; Clarissa Williams: Yes).
The board conducted no other formal actions, and the session was adjourned at 6:53 p.m. The resolution adopting the budget is incorporated into the official meeting record.
