Rebecca Oosten presented the city's financial report for May and walked council through fund-level performance and cash positions.
Oosten reported, "In our general fund ... the revenues are at 73.18% and our expenditures are at 45.14." She also provided figures for utility funds (revenue 60.6% / expenditures 42.91%), capital improvement fund revenue at 73.12% with expenditures at 1.57%, and debt service revenue at 98.58% with expenditures of 29.26% (debt service revenues are largely from property taxes and expenditures are paid later in the fiscal year). Council received the cash report that accompanied the packet and had no substantive questions at the meeting.
