Four attendees left the meeting at 6:38 p.m.; Joel Mixer arrived at 7:35 p.m. The clerk noted there was no closed session during the meeting.
A motion to adjourn (moved by Mowen, seconded by Obert) carried by roll call with all seven members recorded present at that time voting Aye. The meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.; names recorded in the signature block are Kayla Derhake, Secretary, and Andrea Sims, President.
