Later the board approved the personnel report on a motion by Mowen, seconded by Obert, again by a 7–0 roll-call vote. The meeting record notes there was no closed session. The board adjourned at 7:52 p.m. following a motion by Mixer, seconded by Mowen, which also passed 7–0.
