Paul Sturm, a South Weber resident, opened the public-comment period by urging the city to restore topic headers in the meeting packet to make it easier for readers to follow action items. "The headers have been eliminated on every one of the action items," he said, pointing to pages 14, 15, 85, 99 and 107 as examples.
Sturm said restoring headers helps readers identify when topics change while paging through the packet. The council acknowledged the comment but took no formal action during the meeting to change packet formatting.
