Staff presented the Low Cost Spay & Neuter clinic parking lot addition DPR and recommended approval with two conditions: resolution of tech comments and stormwater/drainage items, plus stamping of construction plans. The applicant was not present when the commission called for the applicant to speak; a motion to continue the item to the July 27 meeting carried by voice vote. "There's a motion to continue to July 27, 6PM in this room," the chair said; the item will return with the applicant and outstanding documentation.
Because the applicant did not appear, commissioners deferred substantive questions about landscaping, drainage, and construction details until the applicant can present. Staff noted the DPR is the third piece of an overall project and confirmed the design complies with chapters 2, 3, 5 and 7 of the UDO pending final Wessler stormwater review.
