The Springdale Municipal Building Authority convened a special meeting at 8:00 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2025, at the Canyon Community Center. Board Member Randy Aton moved to approve the special meeting agenda; Kyla Topham seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
During the brief session Town Manager Rick Wixom introduced SMBA Resolution 2025-01, an amendment to the authority’s bylaws. Pat Campbell moved to adopt the resolution and direct the Mayor to sign; Randy Aton seconded and the board approved the motion unanimously. The consent agenda, including tentative approval of the minutes, was also approved without dissent.
Randy Aton moved to adjourn at 8:04 p.m.; Kyla Topham seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes include a note that a recording of the meeting is available on the Town’s YouTube channel.
