Board approves minutes and cancels August meeting after no new applications

The Board of Adjustments approved the consent agenda item to accept minutes from the June 15 meeting after a motion and second were recorded and the chair called a voice vote in favor.
Planning staff told the board that the filing deadline was Monday the 13th and that no applications were received, so the board will not meet in August and will next convene in September. "We've not received any applications," the planning director said during the meeting.
