At the July 17 special meeting the city secretary read roll call naming Mayor Rachel l Proctor, Mayor Pro Tem Crystal Chisholm, and council members Perrette Parker, Ken Waters, Brian Wesley, Deborah North and Leticia Hughes as present.
Mayor Rachel Procter opened the special meeting and asked the city secretary to conduct a roll call. The city secretary read the names of officials on the dais and indicated their presence during roll call.
The roll call as read listed: Mayor Rachel l Proctor; Mayor Pro Tem Crystal Chisholm; Council member Perrette Parker; Council member Ken Waters; Council member Brian Wesley; Council member Deborah North; and Council member Leticia Hughes. The roll call established the members present for the special meeting and for the later voice vote to adjourn.
