Pattison offered the applicant 14 days from April 2 to provide an addendum or additional demonstration addressing the hardship question and any design clarifications discovered during final engineering. Principal Planner Niall Connolly agreed the Town would participate in a site visit. The hearing was adjourned at 10:30 a.m.; no decision was issued at the session and the officer said he would draft a written ruling after reviewing the visit notes and any supplemental evidence submitted within the deadline.
