The Planning Commission conducted two procedural votes during its Jan. 7 work meeting. Commissioner Mellisa LaBorde moved to approve the agenda; Commissioner Tom Kenaston seconded the motion. Present voting members (Chair Jennifer McCulloch, Tom Kenaston, Mellisa LaBorde and Kashif Bhatti) voted aye and the motion passed.
At 6:35 p.m. Mellisa LaBorde moved to adjourn; Commissioner Kashif Bhatti seconded. The same present voting members voted aye and the meeting was adjourned. Both motions were recorded in the minutes and the meeting recording is available on the Town's YouTube channel.
