Hannon noted the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval 6-0 and emphasized that this was the first reading of the ordinance, meaning no final action was taken tonight. "I'm here for any questions, but this is no action because this is the 1st reading of this ordinance," she said. The item will return for second reading and final action at a future meeting.
