The consent agenda also included confirmation of Isam Cameron as interim city manager. Mayor Rachel Proctor congratulated Cameron on his appointment and thanked him for 19 years of service to the City of DeSoto. "We know that this is not the first time you've been able to lead us in that way, and we know that you will lead well," the mayor said.
All consent items passed on a single motion and unanimous vote; no items were removed for separate consideration.
