The Dublin Planning & Zoning Commission approved two final development plans and several associated waivers and administrative departures at its July 8 meeting. This quick reference lists what commissioners voted on and the major conditions they attached.
BridgeNorth (26-020FDP) • Parking plan: approved. • Administrative departures: approved (2 departures). • Waivers: 43 waivers approved. • Final development plan: approved with 21 conditions. Conditions require refinement of the Northeast plaza, hotel northwest corner detailing, bike parking compliance prior to permit, canopy and lighting specifications, updated civil plans for Longshore extension and stormwater plans, and review of loading-dock paving materials.
Monterey Village (26-028FDP) • Parking plan: approved. • Administrative departures: approved (2 departures). • Waivers: 14 waivers approved. • Final development plan: approved with 14 conditions. Conditions include right-of-way dedication details for cemetery expansion, tree replacement/mitigation strategy, revised landscape and stormwater plans, pedestrian connection plans to Corbin's Mill and confirmation of parking accounting for the acquired parcel.
Commissioners asked staff and applicants to complete technical engineering, platting and final design elements (grading, photometrics, ADA and loading layouts) before building permits are issued.
