Resident urges council to act after repeated late-night pressure-washing at Starbucks

Hogan said he had photographic and video evidence and an incident number from police and urged the city to "pull their permit for a day or 2 until they can contact their vendors" to force compliance rather than relying on repeated police visits. City staff said the police chief was investigating and staff would follow up with the resident.
Hogan said the noise disrupted his household and that he had invested in soundproofing. Council did not take formal action at the meeting but staff said they would reach out to the resident and continue the investigation.
