The Huber Heights Board of Zoning Appeals began its May 6 meeting by approving minutes from its April 1 meeting after a committee member pointed out a typographical error in a printed meeting date; the secretary said staff would correct the year. The board then moved to approve the May 6 agenda.
The chair administered the oath for anyone intending to give testimony on agenda items and explained the procedure for speakers to step to the podium, state and spell their name for the record, and sign the attendance sheet. The meeting ended with announcements that the Board will meet again on June 3 and July 1, 2026.
