The board also approved the Aug. 19, 2025 meeting minutes and a motion to approve financial warrants totaling $91,953.79 dated Sept. 16, 2025. The motion to approve the warrants was seconded and passed on voice votes. Manager/operations staff gave a brief operations update noting elevated influent ammonia/phosphorus readings in March–April but said the exceedances did not represent a chronic permit violation; staff will monitor and finalize reporting.
