The Stansbury Park Improvement District board approved several routine governance items at its May 20 meeting.
Staff presented the district's fraud-risk assessment and said the district scored 320 out of 395 points, placing it in the low-risk category (316'65). "The low risk category is 316 points to 365, and so that falls in the low category," staff said. The board moved to approve the assessment for 2025 and the motion passed by voice vote.
The board also approved the meeting minutes from April 29, 2025, and approved financials and warrants dated May 20, 2025 totaling $146,124.12. There were no public comments during the meeting. After a short discussion about scheduling and attending an LRB presentation in public, the board adjourned at 05:28.
