The Stansbury Park Improvement District board voted to approve the 2025 interlocal election contract with Tooele County, which will administer ballots and provide election services. The contract specifies a per-ballot charge (exhibit A) of $2.25 and staff estimated the district serves roughly 7,000–8,000 voters for invoicing and planning.
A board member moved to approve the contract and the motion passed; the chair signed the interlocal agreement. Staff said the contract covers the period April 1 through December 31, 2025 and that the county will invoice SPID for actual ballots processed.
