Draft budget allocates $600,000 in sewer impact fees and lists Well 3 pump-house rehab

At the Oct. 21 meeting the manager outlined key capital items in the draft 04/2026 budget, including approximately $600,000 in sewer impact-fee funds the district intends to spend on a sewer installation along Village Boulevard. "We need to install a sewer line of approximately 1,300 feet," he said, and staff said that section of the project will be put out to bid shortly.
The draft budget also includes rehabilitation of Well 3's pump house, which staff described as dilapidated and in a low grade that requires elevating and rebuilding the pump house. Board members requested prioritization information and asked that engineering and legal input be ready as the budget is finalized.
