Council raises concern about large park-dedication fees and private-park credits

Staff acknowledged the concern and said the parks board and the fee-in-lieu ordinance are the appropriate places to review whether credits and caps are working as intended. The council asked staff to include park-dedication treatment in the set of topics to be reviewed with flowcharts and recommendations.
