Council member Corina proposed tying the town hall to a scheduled visit by a neurodiversity presenter and asked that the session include brief specialist presentations followed by facilitated public input. Stan said he would connect with Brian Kennard and Karina to develop a focused listening-post script and schedule a town hall evening (tentative dates discussed: July 20–23, with a DEIB Commission working session on the 21st). "I think that could easily be that activity... focus it around neurodiversity," Stan said, and staff confirmed the event would be posted publicly once wording was finalized.
Commissioners emphasized making materials accessible, holding events in the evening to allow participation by working residents, and using results from the resident survey (once the requested data slice is returned) to shape the town-hall agenda and priorities.
