Commission approves April minutes, reappoints two commissioners and names new chair

Later, under item 7.6 commissioners Adani and Hollingsworth indicated they wished to be reappointed. The commission moved and voted to approve their reappointments; staff confirmed terms will be extended per the commission's procedures.
At item 7.7 the commission nominated Commissioner Joshi to serve as chair. Joshi accepted the nomination and the commission confirmed the appointment by unanimous voice vote. Staff will follow up on any formal paperwork and update future agendas to reflect the change in leadership.
