The Huber Heights City Council approved a resolution on April 27 authorizing a seven-year full-service street lighting agreement with Miami Valley Lighting LLC. City Manager John Russell said the contract mirrors the service arrangement the city has had for several years and will provide installation, response for service calls, repair and ongoing maintenance of streetlights.
The council moved to adopt the resolution and the roll call vote was recorded as unanimous, 7–0. Russell said the contract spans seven years and will continue the city's working relationship with the vendor.
