"We're gonna have cameras. I think that they're working on... an observation tower, that we can get on loan from the state so that we can have our police crew up above the crowd," staff said.
Staff said first-aid will be provided by fire and EMS near the stage, and that stroller access was expected to be allowed though concealed stroller storage areas could be inspected. Committee members asked about use of mobile AI cameras at events; staff said the city retains at least one mobile camera at Community Park and that additional deployment could be rented or coordinated with police and IT.
Staff asked for volunteers to staff entry points and said the bag policy will be published on the event page; the plan includes volunteer checkpoints, city tents, and police presence at the busiest entrances.
