Council member Kate and others asked whether replacements would be leased or purchased; Ashley and staff confirmed the vehicles will be purchased. Staff noted two other older vehicles (a 2008 Horton Medic and a 2015 Chevy Tahoe formerly used by a shift chief) are also being surplused. The city intends to use proceeds and existing fleet plans to address replacements.
