The Billings County Rural Fire Protection District (BCRFPD) board unanimously re-elected three incumbents at its March 18, 2026 meeting at Medora Rural Hall. Member Cody Reis moved to “re-elect all 3 members holding the current positions, keeping them the same,” and Sandy Baertsch seconded; the board voted with no members opposed to return Dwayne Shypkoski, Brian Buckman and Corey Simnioniw to their seats.
Board President Jon Klym, Vice President Brian Buckman and Secretary Corey Simnioniw were listed among those present; after the motions to re-elect and to close nominations were made and seconded, the board formally declared the three incumbents continued in their roles for another term. The session recorded no further nominations and noted the outcome as unanimous.
