The Board reviewed the 2025–2027 Water Development Plan and discussed projects to add to the 2027–2029 plan. Secretary-Treasurer Jessica Spaeth was directed to work with Moore to compile an updated list and associated cost estimates and to submit the plan to the North Dakota Department of Water Resources by the April 30, 2026 deadline.
Managers did not finalize the project list at the Feb. 3 meeting; the item was set for administrative follow-up so staff and consultants can prepare the updated plan for the department’s deadline.
