Commissioners approve two zoning amendments in Osborne and Clearwater townships

Planning & Zoning Assistant Malinda Gunderson presented the May 27 Commission recommendation that the application met county Land Development Code criteria; the board voted to approve the request contingent on compliance with other code terms.
At 9:20 a.m. the board approved a request by George and Tracy McNamara to rezone roughly 2.00 acres from Agricultural to Rural Residential (Sublot A, Outlot 3, W1/2NE1/4 Section 31, Township 157N, Range 90W, Clearwater Township). George McNamara was present for that hearing. Both motions were carried unanimously and recorded as contingent upon meeting all terms of the Mountrail County Land Development Code.
