The Mountrail County Board of Commissioners recessed and convened as the County Board of Equalization at 9:45 a.m. on June 17. Tax Director Kim Savage presented the county property assessments for the 2025 assessment year and recommended valuations.
On motions recorded in the minutes, the board approved unorganized township valuations, agricultural land valuations, residential and commercial valuations for 2025, and accepted the Abstract of Assessments, Supplementary Abstract, Abstract of Valuation of Certain Exempt Real Property, the State Game & Fish Abstract and the Board of University and School Lands Abstracts as recommended by Director Savage. All actions were approved by roll call; the board adjourned the equalization session at 10:16 a.m. and reconvened the commissioner meeting.
