The Renville County Board adopted a progressive disciplinary policy during the May meeting by unanimous vote. Commissioner Haman moved to adopt the policy and Commissioner Hansen seconded; the motion carried.
Julie Vetter, identified in the minutes as the Human Resources coordinator, will provide training to department heads and employees on May 21, 2025 to explain the new policy and procedures.
