Board adopts resolutions to allow claims and pay January 2025 bills

Renville County Commissioners adopted two resolutions in January 2025 authorizing payment of county claims. Resolution 2025-01 (adopted Jan. 7) and Resolution 2025-02 (adopted Jan. 21) certify that the County Auditor audited claims and the departments approved the charges. Both resolutions were moved and adopted by unanimous vote.
The minutes include detailed payee lists, check numbers and amounts. The Board recorded totals by fund for January: General $209,253.49; Road & Bridge $69,850.36; Highway Tax $49,071.88; 9-1-1 $24,671.39; plus payroll and other fund-level details. The Auditor was directed to draw warrants from the respective funds and issue payment.
