Commissioner Poitra responded that employees may be allowed to use county vehicles if authorized by a supervisor and that the supervisor had been alerted about the open door. Commissioner LaRocque explained how the alarm system and cameras operate and said he reviewed footage showing an individual entering and exiting the shop. Chairman Schlenvogt told Johnson his time was up and declined to continue the discussion at that point.
