Finance Director Johnson and committee chairs told the Board the ERP will integrate payroll, finance and human-resources functions to replace the county’s older financial software; the Finance Committee recommended using ARPA funds for the initial implementation and maintenance through 2026.
The motion to adopt Resolution 2024-10 was made by Supv Taylor and seconded by Supv Olson and carried on a voice vote. The resolution text included an ARPA authorization not to exceed $400,000 for initial implementation and annual maintenance from 2024–2026.
