County receives draft public comment policy and discusses policing at South Complex
Summary

Separately, Attorney Enget and law student Samantha Ledahl supplied a draft Mountrail County Public Comment Policy for regular meetings, noting the requirement under Senate Bill 2180. The draft was provided for further review and the Board did not adopt the policy at this meeting; staff will return with the draft for additional consideration at a future meeting.
