Commissioners approve new hires and temporary classifications, and authorize payroll and bills
Summary

During routine business on June 3 the Board approved a series of personnel actions recommended by county departments. Actions included approval of April Saxon as a full-time Dispatcher in the Sheriff’s Office at $25.10 per hour ($52,200 per year); temporary Sprayer classifications for Kyle Trahan and Tommy Williams in the Weed Department at $24.68 per hour (not to exceed 50 hrs/week and 988 regular hours per year); and Seasonal Worker classifications at Parshall Bay Park for Corrie Haugeberg at $21.00 per hour and Doris Hill at $17.50 per hour. Each personnel motion was approved on roll call with five votes in favor.
The Board also approved county bills totaling $269,928.66 and payroll covering May 11 through May 24 (checks #20083-20088 and direct deposits #1-183) totaling $474,867.91. The Auditor noted a complete warrant list is posted on the county website and available in the Auditor’s Office.
These routine administrative approvals were recorded by motion and roll call with unanimous votes.
