The ordinance states that if the county does not notify the applicant of completeness within 10 calendar days, the application is considered complete; if the county does not act on a complete application within 60 calendar days, the application is considered approved. The Board adopted the ordinance by voice vote with all voting in favor. The measure is intended to align local permitting with state funding opportunities and recommendations from the Public Service Commission.
