At the April 22 meeting Helping Hands UP confirmed plans to promote a Chromebook Lending program to the local community. According to the meeting record, the program "will be promoted on both the University Park and HHUP listserves, and Casey will report about it to Town Council." CM Casey Kelby is expected to brief Town Council on the program.
Committee members also assigned volunteer support: Lynne Davidson volunteered to be available to users for questions via email. The promotion and volunteer support aim to increase community awareness and technical assistance for program participants; the committee saved the proposed schedule in shared files for further discussion.
