The Mountrail County Board of Commissioners approved $1,346,277.56 in bills and $642,634.19 in payroll for Aug. 3–16 during its Sept. 2 meeting. Commissioner Wayne Olson moved to approve the bills register and payroll, and Commissioner Jason Rice seconded; the motion carried on a unanimous roll call.
The bills list included multiple Road & Bridge fund disbursements and construction payments, among them a $828,416.00 entry to Martin Construction and other large line items for Road & Bridge and county facilities. Auditor Stephanie A. Pappa noted that a complete list of bills is posted on the county website and available in the Auditor’s Office for public review.
