The committee authorized the County Administrator/CFO to obtain a county credit card with a monthly limit of $9,999 through the Treasurer’s Office in compliance with BOC Policy #167. The motion was supported by Commissioner James Sweet and recorded with no opposition.
Commissioner Jeff Sieting moved to authorize FY25 annual medical insurance renewal through Dewey Insurance offering an 80/20 option for the current Community Blue plan and a third option (Simply Blue) expected Feb. 1, 2025; dental and vision coverage and OneAmerica group life/ADD and short‑term disability were renewed as well. The board also scheduled its Organizational Meeting for 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025 and instructed the Clerk to send current board and committee appointment lists to Commissioner‑elect David Persons for review.
