In a separate motion the board authorized purchase of six years’ worth of 9 mm ammunition for $8,233.83 to be paid from the Sheriff’s training funds. The board also authorized Sheriff Pat Whiteford to apply for the FY23 State and Local Cyber Security Grant Program to support department cybersecurity needs.
