Commissioners confirmed that the event sign-up goes live March 1 and that daily vendor rates were about $500 per day under the new schedule; Commissioner Perry moved and Commissioner Bingham seconded approval. The motion passed on a unanimous voice vote.
Rhodes said staff adjusted pricing partly to level offerings across the rodeo end of the fair and to reflect current costs; commissioners expressed support for the changes ahead of the fair season.
