Separately, Res. #26-288 amended DLZ Michigan, Inc.'s agreement for the Kinneville Road over Grand River bridge project to add specialized environmental services: a mussel survey and plan ($13,950), potential relocation services ($26,900 if required) and $5,000 for subcontract coordination — plus a 20% contingency — increasing the amended work authorization by $45,850 (contingency $9,170). The Board also approved an agreement requiring Delhi Charter Township to pay $27,500 (estimated) plus a 20% contingency ($33,000 total) for sanitary structure reconstruction tied to the Aurelius Road resurfacing contract (Res. #26-287).
